BBQ - basics

At glance: Discover the essential BBQ techniques.

Theory (heavy) - dangers, mistakes, BBQ types and styles, types of coal/fuels, temperature profiles, types of meat & vegs.

Practical - Learn how to lit coal and cook simple proteins and vegges. Cheese bacon burgers/sausages from start to finish. (Recipe/ingredients might change depending on meat and seasonal availability).

Skills: Lit coal, use of chimney starter, some BBQ techniques.

Duration: 2.5-3 hours

Group Size: 2 - 3 people

Price: £160 per person.

Main allergens: Meats, vegetables, brine and rubs (may contain allergens e.g. milk or milk products, wine (sulphur dioxide)), smoking wood, Spices. Other allergens might be present, if you have allergies, please speak up.
