Class 1
Cheese making class - Basics
At glance: Discover the essential techniques to make cheese.
Theory - Cheese making, sanitization, instruments, bacteria and molds, moulds and tools.
Practical - making a couple of basic cheeses.
The class: From milk, to curd and whey to cheeses.
Skills: Learn some of the techniques to make cheeses (e.g. make mozzarella and ricotta).
Duration: 2.5 hours
Group Size: 3 to 5 people
Price: £120 per person.
Main allergens: Milk, Cream (Milk) & Cheese (Milk), rennet, live cultures bacteria and/or citric acid. Other allergens might be present, if you have allergies, please speak up.
